Tools for Determining STR Laws or Potential Laws

Hi all,

I have been looking at many different markets and researching what current short-term rental laws are vs what potential laws could be put in place within a year or two. Other than doing individual research on each location and looking through their policies, current laws, and any upcoming laws in the works is there a tool or database that you use to make some of this research easier or more straightforward?

My goal is to find a market that is less restrictive of short-term rentals and has short-term rental-friendly laws in place.

Don't try and reinvent the wheel. Go with proven markets.

Coastal SC, Coastal FL, Orlando, Pigeon Forge, Branson etc are established tourist markets.
