STR Education Companies

Getting ready to start looking seriously at buying a STR. Does anyone have any advice on a good education company. Currently looking at Vodyssey or Short Term Rental Wealth with Bill Faeth. Any information on either of these or any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
