Someone is getting $400 per night for this.  The outhouse and sauna are in another barrel.

Sleep in a potato. Nothing really around it. Just a potato in a field.

Guests stay at an Airbnb for the experience they get out of it, whether the experience is the location they are staying at or the actual place itself, in this instance. I love this idea, and I can see why it would perform so well. I work with a management company in Poconos, Pennsylvania, for STR, and some of our best places are our cute decorated small cabins.

I will be keeping this idea in mind for the future, I would love to recreate this.

Maybe, but I think it depends on how cramped the inside is and what other local options there are.

Some people like this novel kind of stuff but I'm not sure I'd bother.

Here's all the details.  The door to the barrel does not lock.  The owner gives you a key to the house on the property to give access to a kitchen.
