Newbie help! Downtown Atlanta

Hello BP family. I acquired my first property in 2019 just before the pandemic. My home is in a good location in Atlanta, 5 min drive from Georgia Aquarium, Benz Stadium, world congress center, Georgia Tech etc. I want to maximize this opportunity and rent it out to traveling nurses but I don’t know what resources to go through or where to start. I’m torn between Airbnb and Traveling nurses but leaning more to the latter. If anybody here has any experience in this area, any advice is much appreciated! Thanks

You can still put it on Airbnb/VRBO & do mid term rentals. Furnished finder & Zillow can also help you generate leads.
