Good afternoon, I am currently wholesaling properties in the Atlanta market and I am moving into Montgomery Al. Does anyone know of any title companies that will close wholesale deals?

@D Phelps I don't have an HOA but a stand alone house. I will look at this today though thanks

@Kevin Escobar thanks for that.

@Nicole Thomson thanks alot I have been looking for this.

@Myka Artis thanks for the insight. I will find that

Hello BP family. I acquired my first property in 2019 just before the pandemic. My home is in a good location in Atlanta, 5 min drive from Georgia Aquarium, Benz Stadium, world congress center, Georgia Tech etc. I want to maximize this opportunity and rent it out to traveling nurses but I don’t know what resources to go through or where to start. I’m torn between Airbnb and Traveling nurses but leaning more to the latter. If anybody here has any experience in this area, any advice is much appreciated! Thanks

@Nick Sansivero I wouldn’t say the same because people still have to qualify however I’m kind of confused because 100% finance has always been around. Can someone explain the difference here? Or is it because it’s a big bank doing it?

Hey

I'm putting an offer in on my first home but they don't accept fha loans. I do have a 100% finance conventional loan however, the no FHA stipulation makes me feel there is something wrong. The house was everything I was looking for BUT when about to leave I noticed there was NO OVEN.... The stove top was on the island with a vent hood over It however no oven. I was thinking about replacing island with stove and oven seeing it's all electrical anyway..... Please help I would hate to buy my first home and be stuck with no oven. I'm open to all ideas!!

@Nathan G. I had that thought as well. I guess we will see at closing.

@Dan Perrott my thoughts exactly Thanks DAN
