I’m Buying My First Duplex!!!!!

Guys I’m Shopping around for my first ever home and I’m buying a duplex!! Super excited however I don’t want the tenants attached to know I’m the owner. I need to know is it worth investing in a PM company or sucking it up and becoming a landlord especially since I only plan to live there for a year or so? Any ideas

It would be difficult to keep up the ruse if you're living next door. I would just be honest with them but I would also lay down some clear boundaries, in writing, so they're not harassing you all the time.
