Guys I’m Shopping around for my first ever home and I’m buying a duplex!! Super excited however I don’t want the tenants attached to know I’m the owner. I need to know is it worth investing in a PM company or sucking it up and becoming a landlord especially since I only plan to live there for a year or so? Any ideas

Hey guys,
I am new investor and I am sending out my first batch of yellow letters and wanted to know if putting my logo on the letters and bandit signs are a good idea? I am looking to wholesale a few deals and wasn't sure if I should take the approach as an individual or small business. Any help is appreciated
