Grenada real estate investment
Hello. Does anyone have any experience with investing in Grenada? I understand they are open to foreign and US investors but don’t know much about the market in general other than the airbnb / VRBO research I have done. I’m specifically considering the True Blue area (my daughter will be in vet school there beginning next year) and thought it might be a good opportunity to diversify into student rentals.
