STR Friendly Attorney TX

Hi all - 

We are about to close on our first STR in a couple weeks and wanted to get a rental agreement put together before we go live. I was wondering if anyone here had any recommendations for attorneys they have used in the past. For reference, our STR will be in Fredericksburg, TX.

I am the odd man out here @Ian Fortney. I have a pretty comprehensive guest agreement that is on both platforms. They don't need to sign but agree to it when they book our place.
