BRRRR Into an Airbnb

Hi There! My self and two other partners are looking to get a property in AZ in the next month or so. We are looking into going with a BRRRR into Airbnb method. My focus areas are Chandler and Mesa.

My questions is how competitive is the AirBnb market in Phoenix? I have read many articles with how many there are and how saturated it is.

Hi Ryan.
Be very careful about buying a STR in a city. There are a lot of low occupancy STR's in cities, because the supply greatly outpaces the demand. I recommend a smaller destination location if your goal is ROI.
