STR in new jersey shore towns
Was thinking of going into STR's somewhere along the jersey shore town. Thought it might be smarter to offer services to someone to run their portfolio or at least help out first to learn the roles and business? Does this make sense? How would I get in contact with these people? Just email Air Bnb listings?
