Hey @Amy H., on this forum, that is tougher to find.

Most of the folks who are doing arbitrage successfully have already a bunch of assets to back them up. They have multiple doors like LTR, STR and multi family. They see if they can do well with arbitrage as a way to bank some extra cash. If it fails, then they can absorb the loss with little issue.

Most of the folks who come here to see about arbitrage are the exact opposite. They have little to no cash and think they can setup a great STR for next to nothing. That is about a far from the truth as it gets. It takes thousands of dollars after setting up a lease to get one ready.

You can't just slap something together and expect success.

That is my 2 cents. Do a search and you will find a ton of posts on the subject.
