Raising Capital for STR
Not sure of where to ask but since there is a such a wealth of knowledge here I figured I'd give it a try here. When looking for a partner (captial,etc.) what is a good package to offer them, family/friend/etc, with no involvement other then backing? Ty :)

Look into a DSCR loan and eliminate partners.
