Book / Course recommendations to get a foundation for STR

I'm pretty new to the space and want to buy my first STR within the year. I know there are a lot of scams out there and fake "gurus" to try to sell some BS courses. That said, I also know there are a lot of genuinely good courses and books to get a good foundation of the nuances to STRs. Does anyone have experience with some solid books or courses they can recommend?
