Feedback for my very first MTR and STR

Hi everyone!

It's been a long journey but I finally listed my first MTR in San Diego, CA and STR in Orlando, FL. I've never hosted before or created a listing. I haven't gotten any bookings for my MTR and only a couple for my STR. Please give me any feedback on my listings or advice for first time Airbnb hosts. Thanks!!

 I would not want to stay in a Pokémon house. This is too heavily themed to kids for me. I don't have little kids anymore.

Just my 2 cents.
