short tern rental in the Baltimore zip code 21229

Hey there, i am about to close on this property in Baltimore opposite ST AGNEST HOSPITAL. Is anyone with a short-term rental in that area, please? this is our first and wanted to start with short-term rentals.

will appreciate a word from anyone doing STR in that area.

    Hey @Elvise Atem, will this be your permanent residence? STRs are only allowed in Baltimore if you live in the property.

    Now seeing as you are across from St Agnes Hospital, you might want to consider doing a mid term rental of some kind. Call the hospital HR department and ask if they have traveling nurses, doctors, PA's, PT's etc. Let them know you will have a house available right across the street.

    Rentals need to be 90 days or more otherwise Baltimore considers them STRs.
