How much should I charge as a Co-host

Hey Bigger Pockets Fam,

I have a friend who is interested in renting out his lodge on Airbnb but he is not interested in property management. Any suggestions on how much to charge as a co-host if I put in that work for him?

I am very new at this and could really use your insight!
