Airbnb / STR Property Management Tools / Recommendations?

Question

Hello everyone,I am currently using Turno and find the app to be extremely user-friendly. However, I am seeking recommendations for the most effective tools and software for remotely managing my Airbnb properties, as I will not have a local short-term rental manager.Specifically, I am looking for software that can assist with property listing, pricing optimization, channel management, guest communication, and any other relevant aspects of property management. I would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations based on your experiences with similar tools.Thank you in advance for your valuable input!

Hey @Dhawal Shah. So there are so many software tools that it would be best you do a quick search. There are more than a few posts on this topic.

Do you have a bunch of STRs? More than 5? I find that using the tools build in to the platform apps make it pretty easy to self manage. Once you get more than a few, then automation makes a more sense IMHO.

Short list - Pricelabs for pricing. Guesty and Hostfully for management, etc.

There is just too much so you will have to narrow it down.

Would also echo AirDna is very useful, their paid software gives tons of great market insights and decently-accurate information on pricing potential for properties

Most of my priorities I'm using with wheelhouse.  But in Isla mujeres, mexico it did not price well so I'm using price labs.  https://air.tl/5cmk2bQa

Pricelabs has a nice feature where I can set the distance or draw the properies to include for determining the market.

so for smaller very niche markets i would recommend price labs.

I'm moving over to Jurny. It's taken a while to setup, but that would be the same for any software change. I can't comment just yet because I'm not completely up and running but they have had the best support out of anything I've tried before.

If you want everything wrapped up into one software, look into Jurny. I'll give the disclaimer that the software is new, but if it does everything they're planning on, Jurny is going to change the STR PMS world dramatically!

I forgot about Noiseaware.  This very comforting device alerts you if the noise level is above a threshold.  You can be sure your guests are not throwing a wild party in the back yard pissing off the neighbors.

We have 5 properties and own some and host some. We just signed on with Hostaway and they have been pretty good so far. We will also use Touch Stay and AirDNA to integrate with Hostaway.
