Looking for the perfect Upsell software for short term rentals.

Calling all PMS software companies, users and upsell apps!

I have an upsell dilemma that I have not had success finding the perfect solution as of yet.
At B&D Property Management, we would like to upsell grill cleaning and pool heating fees. Grill fees get pocketed by the management company while the pool heat fees get remitted to the homeowners. In a best-case scenario, we would like pool fees directly deposited to the homeowner's account and the grill fees deposited to the property manager's account. We would require two accounts per property. Does anyone know of an upsell company that offers the option to add different bank accounts per listing? If not, I would need to be able to pull data at the end of the month so I can determine which upsell went to which homeowner.

Up until now, we have been using the Airbnb request payment service, however, the payouts come tagged as a "resolution". We must then figure out if the payout came as a grill fee or a pool heating fee.
