“A curated list of the most unique and lucrative short term rental investment opportunities hitting the market the previous day, delivered daily”

In an attempt to find better deals and properties to use for short term rentals I’ve come across several platforms some that I’ve shared previously.

This one caught my attention. With a setup almost identical to wholesaler lists I get emailed to me daily. The website is called The Offer Sheet and you can get a limited number of properties for free but to get access to the full list to pay $200 a month with the promise of 9-12 unique properties daily.

As the Airbnb era of Short Term Rentals has matured and generated a secondary economy to support its hosts and guests. Do you know of any other places to find short term rental properties?

Replied

If they are listed I just set up a free search on MLS and Zillow.

Unless these sites are finding unlisted properties I don't see the value in it.
