STR Advice for Savannah, Georgia
Hi BP friends. I'm very new to real estate investing but am ready to take the plunge. I have researched a few markets and Savannah really popped out. I wanted to ask if any of you have rentals in the Savannah area who I might be able to connect with? I'm curious to learn about where the best areas to buy are, how your properties have been performing over the past year+ and what the regulatory environment is like.
