Hey everyone, 

We own 2 short term rental cabins in the Smoky Mountains of TN. We've owned them for almost 5 years and for the first 3 years were diligent with refreshening the listings, photographs, seasonal comments etc. However the past year or so we've been focused more on scaling up our multifamily business and the STRs have taken a back seat to this. We self manage the STRs and this we'll to continue to do so, but we are looking for help with keeping the listings fresh and increasing our marketing exposure!

Would be nice if there was some software to make a tweak everday to show activity.

Or even better would make changes to pictures etc based on assigned dates or season.
