I love having hot tubs in my properties and certainly good wifi.

Quote from @Matt Mertz:

Smokies cabin: pool table, hot tub, boulder firepit, Tesla charger, landscaping lights, firewood.

We resisted firewood for a long time but figured it might help the guest experience.

We have a custom covered firepit and grilling area that is a big hit. We also provide firewood. It is that much money to provide and enhances the experience.

We added an EV charger last summer and it has been used once so far. It was about $6 in electricity for this person.
