Vrbo is adding built in Dynamic pricing aka rate automation

They mentioned it in the latest Vrbo webinar so I asked my Vrbo account manager and this is what she said:

I put in a case to see if we can get Rate Automation placed in your MarketMaker. Unfortunately, right now Rate Automation is only on a few thousand accounts but will be ruled out to all accounts here eventually. However, as for dynamic pricing, you do have the ability to do this by just making rates different throughout the year and looking at what MarketMaker recommends for you.

This should be interesting to see how well it works.

    Yea as long as they don't put the same AI team on it that they used on the AI photo fiasco!
