Is Floridays worth looking into

Has anyone invested into the Floridays hotel/condo in Orlando near the Disney parks. At first glance it looks good, but what are the pitfalls?

@Peter Hendriks Floridays is a conde-tel. The units are going for about $250 for a 2/2 under 1000 sqft. HOA alone is $769 month. Like the others said, financing is tough and this would not be a good cash flow property. If you visit here a few times a year and want it to pay for itself, it may be fine.

Hope this helps. Best of luck!
