Help with AirDNA

I am planning to put an offer on a property. I have done research in other places, have the proforma etc. I want to double check with AirDNA. Does anyone here have AirDNA pro account and is willing to help run the numbers on a property and the sub-market? I can DM you and you can send me the screenshots, please. l would highly appreciate it.

Realize that Airdna is not always that accurate. 

You should take a few minutes to manually check  good comps on Vrbo and Airbnb.
