Who is actively investing in short term rentals in Palm Beach County? I'd love to connect with anyone in the area as an investor myself, currently with 2 STRs that I self-manage. 

Although rates have made deals harder to find, I still see 15-20% cash on cash deals out there if you know where to look! Would love to know what others are seeing and discuss in further detail.
