For anyone who’s invested in the Blue Ridge area, I’m curious to know what occupancy rates you’ve seen (based on your property). 

Also are there any recommendations for this type of data from sources other than Airdna?

beyond Airdna manually check similar properties on Vrbo and Airbnb.  This is the absolute best way to check.
