I was just curious if anyone invests in STR's in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It seems like you can find Lakefront properties for under 500K and wanted to talk to any investors who own property there to get a sense of the market and what kind of numbers they are seeing. I can give input in areas where I own or manage properties. Asheville, Tybee Island, Poconos, Panama City Beach, Pawleys Island. Thanks, appreciate the help.
