Hi - Does anyone have experience with outsourcing customer interaction on Airbnb and VRBO outside US ? Any other ideas how to manage the Airbnb while being more hands off?

I don't know that I would ever feel comfortable turning over my customer service to someone who only knows a few common English phrases (Unfortunately, yes I understand, I am terribly sorry, etc).  

Customer service needs to be from people that can actually help resolve a situation, not frustrate the guest to the point that they simply hang up.
