First short term rental project! and looking for feedback on my listing to book more

Hi All - Would love any critiques or feedback on improving my listing. 

This is my first Airbnb project and would appreciate any veterans here to give some tidbits of knowledge! Actively working on pricing as I haven't received any bookings in 2 weeks and my calendar is completely empty.

The pictures and description look great.

That one picture that has 4 pictured in it is very difficult to see on a phone.

Make sure you are on Vrbo and other platforms. I get 95% of my bookings from Vrbo.

Absolutely review your pricing. I would undercut the competition on pricing until you have a lot more reviews.
