Internet service for Duplex

Question regarding Internet services for a Duplex.  Is it better to have 2 separate Internet services (1 for each side) for a Duplex?  Or is it ok to have 1 single Internet service that provides internet for both sides of the Duplex?

I would consider bringing in 1 internet feed and then splitting it out into 2 different wifi SSIDs. One for unit A and one for unit B.
