Hey @James R., never used it myself. Looks interesting. They say that listing your home is a beta service at the moment. That may be the free version.
It looks like it is completely free to list your place. No fees, listing fees, etc.
Their FAQ says that you can move to a subscription model if you want your listing to be higher in the ranks and it sounds like they offer some more services.
For free, it might be worth a try.
