Hey everyone! We manage about 45+ STRs in Indianapolis. I wanted to pick other STR operator's brains! What’s a system, tool, or process that completely transformed the way you manage your STRs? I’m curious about how others are keeping things streamlined. For example, we use loads of software to help us! Notion, ChatGPT, Breezeway, REVA, and so much more!

Do you use Slack for your whole team? It's a game changer once you have a few employees and operate that many so everyone stays on the same page. I also use OpenPhone for my phone systems, and I love it. I love Notion for my marketing and media tasks!

I manage about 65 doors in Tampa currently.  Softwares run me about $80,000 per year for PMS, Pricing, Lock Automation, EZ Care (housekeeping and maintenance).  This does also include my live revenue manager, which accounts for about $20,000 - so without her about $60k for pure software integrations.

@Gabe Chase haha we are just the Spiderman meme now at this point! For brainstorming ideas, Miro is a good one. Not essential but I've used it for other things and it's really cool when you are building out a new process, design, or work flow with your team as well.

Depends. But we manage a lot of units and unfortunately cannot possibly manage 70+ units with free software! But that would be the dream haha. We love 3rd party software, makes life a breeze!

I don't pay for ANY 3rd party software.

Vrbo keeps my calendar full.

I have great properties that sell themselves.

I love the analytical tools and free price automation Vrbo provides.
