pricing manager and synching system recommendation

we are on contract with our first STR now and decided to manage ourselves. does anyone know a good pricing manager/synching system?

For one property I wouldn’t use anything but the OTAs. Start with VRBO and Airbnb and use their iCal function to sync calendars.
