House Rules - Only on OTA or separate version

I've read a lot about house rules and there seems to be two paths - only posting simplified/abbreviated rules on the respective OTA, or having more detailed rules sent out and approved.  Curious what the consensus is.  I'm in a vacation market.  Thanks

I do not hassle people with having to sign a separate agreement.

Vrbo allows you to upload your rules and the renter agrees to these when they book.

I just type my rules in the Airbnb listing.

I get a copy of everyones driver's license.

Hotels don't need you to sign some ridiculous rental agreement.
