Spring update from the Smokies

We are at mid-March, and I've got some good news to share with you about bookings in the Smokies. As a reminder, we run a daily "Pace Report" for all of our properties combined, and each individually, which shows how they are booking compared to this exact date one year ago. The percentage plus/minus is revenue.
Here they are, combined:
March, +1.2 percent
April, +17.7 percent
May, +30.3 percent
June, +1.1 percent
In summary, things are trending up. We are seeing more last-minute bookings, and things are running behind last year for large, multi-family cabins.

Our Smokies area cabin is a 6 bedroom and our numbers are also encouraging.
March was our best ever. April is still looking slow but we are hopeful it will pickup.
The 2nd half of May is fully booked. I guess this is about the time school lets out.
June and July are fully booked.
1st part of August is booked.
We are getting fall bookings and one in Dec.
