Best STR Markets in AR

I'm just starting out and learning how to evaluate markets. What is the best way to determine good STR markets or does anyone have advice on the best STR market in Arkansas?

The best STR market in Arkansas is northwest Arkansas, including Fayetteville, Fort Smith, etc. There's a lot of growth in that area. I operate STRs/MTRs in Central Arkansas from Little Rock to Jacksonville. I operate there due to the Air Force Base, so I do a lot of insurance, government, and construction housing. I'm pretty familiar with all areas of Arkansas, so we can always talk further in depth.
