Hot Tub vs Barrel Sauna

Hi, I am debating putting a barrel Sauna vs a hot tub in my Vermont Ski Cabin STR. I am weighing the pro's and cons, Which would be the best ROI if I can only afford one?

Does anyone have any experience managing a hot tub for a ski cabin? Could you offer some tips? Thank you very much!!

I personally love both the sauna and the hot tub, but the hot tub has a broader appeal.  Installing both would definitely add to the marketability of the place and would make interesting photos, but if I had to choose one I would add the hot tub.

Another interesting add to pair with a hot tub or a sauna would be a cold plunge.  Again, it would appeal to a particular type of guest, but definitely a higher end one that would pay more to have that combo.  Just a thought...
