Setting up my first STR
I have decided to hold onto a flip and turn it into an STR. I live out of state, so I can't self manage. Would you use a Co-host through AirBnB, or a local management company?

If you can run a flip from out of state you can defined run a STR remotely with the tools Vrbo and Airbnb provide.
