I just recently bought a 3 unit fully new renovated property here in LA. I'm 26 and i have rented out the entire property except the 2 bed room 1 bath spot. It's been almost 4.5 months now that i have vacancy in that 2 bed room spot. Can someone help me find good tenants?

Are you managing it yourself or using a property manager?

A good property manager can find you a tenant that is fully vetted and "good" in short order.

It all depends on where the property is located.
