AirBNB - Saturday Check-In ONLY during summer

Hi! I'm having an issue blocking off my summer months (June-September) to a Saturday only check-in date and not have the whole year be a Saturday only check-in date. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?? I feel like I'm pretty computer literate but for some reason it's not giving me an option to make my check-in day only Saturdays. I don't want to lose days due to a 7-night minimum because someone can check-in on a Tuesday. HELP! PLEASE!

1. Log in to your VRBO Owner Dashboard

• Go to vrbo.com → “Owner Login.”

• Select the property you want to update.

2. Open Your Calendar Settings

• In the left menu, click “Calendar.”

• Then click “Rules” or “Rental Rules” (this may show as “Rates & Availability” depending on your dashboard layout).

3. Edit Your Booking Rules

• Find the section called “Check-in and Check-out days” or “Arrival/Departure Days.”

• Click “Edit” (pencil icon).

4. Choose Saturday as the Only Check-In Day

• Under “Check-in days,” deselect all days except Saturday.

• This tells VRBO guests they can only start their stay on Saturdays.

5. Set Minimum Stay (Optional but Recommended)

• If your property rents weekly (e.g., Saturday–Saturday), also set:

  • Minimum stay: 7 nights

  • Check-out day: Saturday (optional — but ensures Sat-to-Sat bookings only)

Calendar, settings, booking requirements - will give you the minimum night stay of 7 days.
