Hello - i need some assistance with analyzing some numbers on an STR in terms of revenues / profits. Anyone out there who has lots of experience with running numbers on an STR?

Hey Marc where is it? I usually put it into AirDNA and examine the comps (not the algo number), and then click the actual comps and check the calendars/pricing to support the AirDNA (premium) findings.
