We are taking over a property in Reunion resort (6br) and are looking for turnkey short term rental manager for the property. I tried to reach to a few people who were recommended on BP but yet to hear back, so figure I would ask the masses.

@Chris Seveney reach out to @Aidan Groll of Blue Gems. They have a pretty big operation for STR management in the Orlando area. I have worked with Aidan and his team for years.

Which section of Reunion is this? Just note that Reunion does have restrictions on amenity usage for guests if you don't use their pre-selected preferred managers (who of course charge much higher rates thanks for their quasi-monopoly).
I own in that area and manage a bunch as well, happy to connect if you want advice.

I’m local to the Orlando area and have been involved in vacation rentals here for several years. I’d definitely recommend looking at a few local companies before making a decision, because the level of service can vary quite a bit.
I’m actually the founder of FunStay Florida, an Orlando-area vacation rental management company. We manage 120+ vacation homes throughout the Orlando/Kissimmee/Davenport market.
One thing that's important to me is that we're not just managing other people's properties — I'm an STR owner myself, so I understand the owner side of the business too. We focus a lot on revenue management, guest communication, property care, and keeping owners informed about what's happening with their homes.
If you're still looking for a manager, feel free to take a look at FunStay Florida and compare us with a couple of other local companies. I'm happy to answer questions about how we operate or what I would look for when choosing an Orlando STR manager.
