Considering a Digital Guidebook

I've been considering either Touchstay or Hostfully to create a digital guidebook for my STR. If I have my stand alone webpage link embedded within the guidebook - can Airbnb see that and suspend my account?

With AI scouring everything and it being available on Airbnb for the looking, I could see this as a definite possibility at some point. 

Now if you a physical book in the rental where you had this info you would be better off if that is your goal.
