Air b and b booking

I was curious on if I should turn of instant booking for my air b and b or should I turn it off and screen all the customers?

We have had instant booking turned on for 2 1/2 years and we haven't had a single issue due to the instant booking. We have had minor damage from one guest but I don't think it had anything to do with instant booking.
