People requesting a STR on FB groups

I see where people are looking for a Pigeon Forge Cabin on local FB groups.

They list their dates and how many people and amenities they must have. 

Then they say they can only pay some ridiculous low amount and 40 minutes later 90 plus people have put a link to their cabin. 

There are some desperate owners out there.

Yea I know it's crazy man. I want a pool cabin in the peak of spring break that sleeps 8, I need a hot tub, video games, pool table and a theater. I want 5 nights and my budget is $600 all in!
