People requesting a STR on FB groups

I see where people are looking for a Pigeon Forge Cabin on local FB groups.

They list their dates and how many people and amenities they must have. 

Then they say they can only pay some ridiculous low amount and 40 minutes later 90 plus people have put a link to their cabin. 

There are some desperate owners out there.

Wow! I see that in AZ a lot, but not necessarily cheap prices. I was thinking FB groups might be a good way to get away from the hosting sites.....

Just more risky.....
