Direct Website for Booking

Sri S.
Posted

Hi, Currently my short term rental properties are in Airbnb and VRBO. I am trying to add a direct website to book. I have a custom website. When we do direct booking, what insurance anyone use similar to Aircover. Currently I use Hospitality for consolidating , messaging etc. I do see Hospitality provide 2 options - Direct Premium which covers insurance but it takes 7% while Airbnb is 15%. So I am not sure is it worth to have a direct website still most of the savings goes to Hospitality. I see Direct Basic, but it is missing Insurance. So I am looking for suggestions or people experiences and what insurance /options they use for Direct website

Don't depend on aircover or similar.

Make sure you have the appropriate STR insurance.
