Like @Mike Grudzien, I am set for all alerts and I answer anything 24/7.
Plus all the guests have my direct cell phone so I can respond right away to any questions or issues. We run such a tight ship that I rarely get problem calls, but I do get to help folks rent a boat, rent some bikes, send them to the Emerald Creek garnet hunting area, hiking trails and the like. My favorite part of being a STR operator.
