Building up team for Catskill area STR investing

Hello Folks, 

I am new to STR investing and looking into starting my first in the Catskill area. We live in CT so 2-3 hours drive is favorable.

I am looking to get info on STR data , ADR, occupancy rate , best amenities . Would love to have a conversation with some professionals in that area who can help me understand the market as well build a strong team.
